Animating takes a lot of time, that coupled with other production requirements such as voice acting, storyboarding, cleanup, coloring, bg art, sfx, etc. Most of us on the team also just do this on our free time. Before each episode, I open up a casting call audition so everyone has a chance to be a part of the series. So please look forward to announcements either on Tumblr or my Twitter. ★ GENERAL TERMS
- I have the right to decline an order if I’m not comfortable with it for any reason.
- All drawings will include a signature of mine that you may not remove.
- Prices are subject to change based on demand.★ PAYMENT
- Payments are made through PayPal.
- I do payment upfront. After discussing your order, and once I accept your commission, please send me your PayPal email for an invoice. If payment hasn’t been made within a week, I may remove the slot reservation.
- Payment will be made in PHP currency, USD is just the basis.
- The prices listed are mostly estimates, and the final amount may vary depending on the client's needs.★ PROCESS AND DELIVERY
- When your slot has been reserved, I will immediately give you your queue number.
- The approximate timeframe will depend on the complexity, your response time in revisions, and your number on the commission queue.
- I will let you know when I have started your commission.
During the reviews, I will be sending you the rough sketch of your commission, the flat colored version, and finally, the final piece. You must review and accept before I continue to the next stages of the commission.
- The final image will be a high resolution PNG art, mostly A4 in size.★ REVISIONS
- You get 3 rounds of revision included in the price, an additional fee will be made for any succeeding rounds, unless a misunderstanding has been made from my side.
- If anything needs to be changed after the drawing was previously approved, an extra fee will be charged. The amount of extra charge depends on the change you want to make, if it’s drastic or small.★ COPYRIGHT AND USAGE POLICY
- I, TANblaque (the artist), claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer. Therefore I am allowed to use the artwork to:
> Post the commissioned art publicly (social media, printed form, etc).
> Display it everywhere to my liking
- The Buyer is allowed to:
> Use the commissioned piece for personal use, for their social media profiles, forums, as a banner, profile picture, etc.
> Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.
> Use the commissioned piece to promote themselves. You are not forced to give me credit when you post it but it is very appreciated.
> Use the artwork on their Youtube channel and in monetized videos.
> Commercial distribution of the commissioned piece is strictly prohibited unless stated early on that you will be using it for this purpose. It will then be subject to a permission fee and other arrangements.
> You are not allowed to remove my signature.
> You cannot claim the artwork as your own.
> You cannot alter the artwork without my consent.★ CUSTOMER SERVICE
- I very much love to make my customers happy. If there are any problems in regards to the commissioned piece, please let me know right away.
- I may change some of my terms for you if you ask before I start your commission. Example, you’d rather have your commission private, we can discuss this.★ REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
- The buyer is not allowed to refund once their slot has been reserved.
- If I for any reason am not able to start your commission you will receive a full refund.
- You may only cancel before I send you an invoice or during the 1 week of pending payment.
